Embodied Consent by Lori Johnston November 2nd and 3rd, 2019 in Toronto. Among many things, this workshop will help you discover more about giving and receiving touch - but at its core it carefully unwinds the deeply harmful and traumatic imprints we carry in our bodies around physical sovereignty, intimacy, and pleasure, which have been embedded by patriarchy and capitalism. It’s about reclaiming our sovereignty over our bodies and restoring our relationship to pleasure. All bodies are welcome. You will be introduced to some basic concepts of Dr.Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent.
